About Coach Johnny

As a teenager I enjoyed playing competitive team sports and lifting weights. Even with playing football, basketball, track and weight training. I still
graduate high school a little heavier then a 100lbs (that's 45.45kg for my metric friends).

Then one day I concluded that enough is enough. I wanted add some size and weight, so I buckled down and got to it. I was introduced to a proper training system by a friend that happened to be a personal trainer. When I saw how my body was changing, I was hooked!

I went to school at Pinnacle Career Institute for a degree in Kinesiology, to began my journey of education. I later became a strength and conditioning coach. Finally I got my personal training certification through I.S.S.A.

My thirst for knowledge of health and fitness joined with my passion to helping individuals. I knew this was the career path for me.
